Be a Prayer Warrior
Prayer is a source of provision, protection and peace. Thank you for being willing to pray with me and for me concerning the following.
- Financial Provision. Though I raised 100% in pledges before I left for Japan, I am currently only 50% supported, meaning only 50% of those who pledged to support God’s ministry in Japan thru me have been faithful in their giving. Please pray the other 50% will be able to give soon or God will provide through other people or means.
- Guidance and Housing. Pray for wisdom as I choose an apartment for the coming 3 years of life and ministry in Aomori. Pray that we can find a suitable place within my budget or can adjust my budget accordingly. Pray we find a place near the church and in a friendly and safe community.
- Diligence and Perseverance. Pray for continued diligence and perseverance in my studies. As I said my study load and pace is intense, please pray I can maintain it and gain the knowledge and skills I need before I finish in 2.5 weeks.
- Fellowship. I am currently “floating” in Sapporo, only staying for two months so building and maintaining a community is difficult. Pray that I can still enjoy and feel connected to the students, teachers and community here for the short time we are together.
